I'm learning norsk but my pc has a standard spanish keayboard. How can I use the
norwegian letters without having to use the windows "tools" icons?

Click start > settings > control panel > regional and language options > input
locales > change

then click "Add" and chose Norwegian.

Now, you'll be able to use it by pressing Left Alt + Shift, and hitting it again
to get back to spanish. The norwegian letters on my English keyboard are off to
the right where the semicolon and apostrophe are, etc.

You can also type this on your keyboard:

æ = Alt + 0230
ø = Alt + 0248
å = Alt + 0229

Æ = Alt + 0198
Ø = Alt + 0216
A = Alt + 0197

Just press the ALT button and type the number on the keypad (the right side of
the keyboard) to use it.
