"Skulle" corresponde a "iba a" o el condicional con -ía.

Ejemplos:

Jeg skulle reise, men ble forkjøla.
=
"Iba a viajar, pero me resfrié"   o
"Viajaría, pero me resfrié"

SKULLE no se usa en el ejemplo d "viajaría" (eso estaría mal traducido) pero en
el ejemplo de "Iba a viajar" eso si esta bien.
