"Rekvisita" is a word which is primarily used in the context "kontorekvisita".
That includes all the small equipments you have in your office, for instance
your pen and paper, the punch, the stapler etc. But "rekvisita" can also be used
as a general synonym to equipment or accessories. But frankly, this word usually
stays inside the office walls... 
This word can be confused with "rekvisitter", wich means props (the things
actors use on stage).
