[TriTrans Error]

hello!
I got a problem with tritrans lately.
I use ZoneAlarm Security Suite as a firewall and as an antivirus
I got the following message:

Sorry. You are either not using TriTrans from the menu or you are blocking the
referrer (see below).

On how to pass the referrer:

    * If you are using Norton Internet Security see How to pass referrer
information.

    * If you are using Norman Personal Firewall see What is a referrer, and how
do I stop referrer blocking?

But I'm not using any of these softwares :'(
Is there any kind personn to help me, please?

 Perhaps you can solve this problem so: Clik tools>internet
options>security>adjust security level, for exemple medium.

well I tried but it hasn't changed anything.
humm... shouldn't I rather try something into zone alarm setups?

This is not a TriTrans error, you are blocking the referrer. I looked up
ZoneAlarms FAQ and found this explanation on their site. For some reason they
call the referrer "private header information".

1. In Zone Alarm Pro, select Privacy.
2. Under Cookie Control, click Custom
3. In Custom Privacy Settings, uncheck the box that say Remove private header
information.
4. Click OK.
