It´s rather difficult! More or less:
"Create more Carnival days or I won´t be able to stand this miserable capitalist
schizophrenia"
(I think it´s Spanish from México)

Effectively it is Mexican Spanish in a quite colloquial use. It seems to be
expressed by a teenager or a young person. It hardly gets a literal translation
because it's a sort f slang. Nevertheless, it can be translated this way (the
core idea):


"Create more Carnivals please, 'cause I can't stand this miserable capitalist
schizophrenia"
