Hi, can someone please tell me what is 'taushetsbelagt' in english? I know it
has something to do with silence (obligation)???

This refers to documents, etc., such as those pertaining to state secrets.  To
gain access to them you would probably have to sign a tauhetserklæring
(literally declaration of silence).  A related word is taushetsplikt which is
the duty of confidentiality that your lawyer, doctor or priest has in relation
to information you provide in confidence.
