Hvordan uttrykker man antall grader celsius på spansk? Hva sier man for eksempel
hvis det er 23 grader ute?

Hi:

We use "grados celsius or centigrados" (it's the same){in most of the South
American countries and Spain}.
And we say: ¿Cuántos grados hace afuera? Hace 23 grados...
