What lanuage is this? And can anyone find out what it means?

Hi.

The characters are Thai. More than that I don't know.

In windows go to "accessories > character map" and select "advanced view", group
by: "unicode subrange > Thai", font: "Arial Unicode". Here you can find the name
of each character.
