Could someone please provide a link or any information on how to program my
keyboard for the prikk and strek accents?

I suppose you want to be able to type the letters "æøå". If otherwise, please
specify further what you want to accomplish.

For the best answer, I need to know your operating system. That way I can tell
you how to switch between your ordinary keyboard and a Norwegian.

Or at least you must tell me in which programs you want to use these letters.

If you are using Windows (any version), you can "type" the letters from the
numeric part of the keyboard (NOT the numbers above the qwerty keys):

Hold down the Alt-key, then type the number on the numeric keyboard. Release the
Alt-key.

Æ  0198
Ø  0216
Å  0197
æ  0230
ø  0248
å  0229

Ie. Alt, type 0198, release Alt produces Æ.
