Tilsvarende means like if you have 2 things, and your friend asks you if it is
the same thing. 
you say: yes, it has different color but it is "the same" thing.
(a volvo and a ferrari is NOT the same thing)

Like if you buy a RED car, and your friend has a BLUE car,
It means the it is the same car but not color.
The first car is "the same" as the second car.
